Rate Your Mods or Parts Let's make this clear... this is not intended to be a place for you to bash other vendors or products. This is where you can let other members know what MODIFICATIONS and PARTS -- brands, series, etc. -- worked (or didn't work!) for you and your vehicle.

Default Mag-Hytec Deep Transmission Pan

Installed a few months back......
On a 2006 F150

Use to have tranny temps between 150-165*f while cruising the highway.......
Now they are 145-155*f......

But in town driving/city.....stayed about the same...approx 170-175*f.

Towing I have not seen anything over 185*f.....that was pulling a 5k load.

Reminder that ambient temps do play apart in tranny temps also and we had a relatively cool to mild summer up here with no temps getting over 95*f.

Peace!

PS
Yes there is a cheby in the garage and its not mine....its the wifes.
