2a. I'd put the number where Corey said and then state in "Remarks" that you're paying by check and want the "Holiday Coupon Rate". 2b. You WILL have to get the actual shipping cost from Corey. She might email you an invoice or call you once she gets your order. - Jack

...OK, The order form only submits with a credit card. Is there a way to print the form to prevent a credit charge on submission? I am a digital idiot...

From my experience the credit card is for Corey to do the invoice herself so she can make sure its exactly what you are supposed to pay for, so i wouldnt worry about putting it in there, ive put mine in a few times now and ive not had a problem, and I have been able to change the invoice price and what I ordered(slightly) after I ordered, so IMHO go ahead and order, and if there are problems give Corey a call and she will be happy to help
 . so yeah the short answer, there is no automatic credit card charge upon submission from my understanding. still wondering? call Corey
