I just realized that the upgrade sale had started. Guess that's what I get for not registering to this forum before now. Too bad UPS isn't open right now or I would be heading their so I could get my order processed before midnight. LoL

What would be the average wait time for an Edge to be converted to a Gryphon if it was sent in during this sale? Do not take into consideration to wait for the custom tune, just the time it would take to process the order, swap the Edge to a Gryphon and ship it back. Also, is there a notification in one way or another that a customer's order was received?

Hey, same question here, I know you guys are super busy but I sent mine in March 6 and it is March 18 I have never even recieved an email, I was able to speak with Corey a week ago and she said the order was going to be processed but I never recieved anything. Let me know. thanks
