Oh, crap. It's getting deep now.

Anyway, I'm a Georgia transplant but I still call this home. We have a wonderful ranch where the kids can enjoy the outdoors and play with animals. I can even walk out my back door and go shooting whenever I want. It's our little slice of Heaven. Thank you, Georgia, for being such a beautiful piece of the American dream.

Hey, Jack... I didn't know you went to GA Tech. That's pretty cool. Were they still using oil and gas lamps for light back then?

No, Edison had just received his patent.

But we still used slide rules and genuine mechanical drawing instruments.

Happier than those of you who have to settle for sheep, or is it hogs down there? I have to admit my memory of that part of Georgia is not what it used to be.

Jack, my memory of ANYTHING is not what it used to be. LOL

The last several years have really taken their toll on me, particularly 2015. But things are stabilizing and we've begun the process of moving forward again. I been fortunate to have a great team of people around me to help me up when life kept trying to knock me down. I don't know where I'd be without them. GA is a great place and I really can't imagine living anywhere else. Good people, beautiful countryside, and conservative values.
