Canada Evo upgrade and FICM rollback

I had Bill put in a custom tune in my FICM a couple years ago but it didn't have the inductive heat stratagy. Well needless to say as soon as it got cold out (-19C) when up north hunting it was not a pretty site on startup. Had to take it into Dealer and have the stock program put back in but when i got it back the Evo will not work properly as it did before. Yes i set it back to stock before taking it in. Called up Edge and they tryed upgrading it but no success. So for the last year i have only been able to drive it in stock mode using the Evo for gauges only. If i try any setting other than stock the truck will get hi EGT's and black smoke without even having it at WOT.
Any suggestions with regards to Evo up grade and a custom FICM rollback?
