I recently purchased an Edge Evolution CS and no later than it arrives I stumble across the Gryphon. I was wondering what I have to do to upgrade it and purchase custom tunes. That's it, any input is appreciated! Thanks. I've got a 1997 Ford F-250 with a 7.3

You don't have to send it in......alls you have to do is fill out the order form and wait for them to be written....also you need to start a thread in " give us your hex code" follow the information needed and make sure your user cp also has been updated......

Alright perfect, I've got both forms filled out. I appreciate the help! How long does it usually take before the tunes are ready?

As per website....."4-6 weeks" pending on work load.....with Corey's surgery and the holidays it might be longer.......but I don't work there, I'm only a moderator.....

Sounds good! From what I hear its worth the wait, I hear nothing but good things about you guys. Is there any way I will know if theres a problem or updates or anything?

Once you submit your order form for the tunes you should get an invoice via email with an estimation completion date......and I don't recall how many days after the order getting this invoice will take to be emailed to you.....
