Default Trouble with EVO CS update, can't get help.

About two months ago I ordered some custom tunes for my 1999 super duty. My tunes came about a week after the promised date at which point I plugged in my EVO to Install my new tunes and I found that my tunes had been erased because there is evolution update to my programmer. I have tried getting in contact with PHP by email fax and phone for the last month and I cannot get a live soul on the other end of the line. I need PHP to resend my tunes. it has been two months since I have paid for my tunes and I have nothing and I can talk to nobody. Sorry to rant need some help thanks.

I updated my info.... but still no tunes, no response. I can't run my business this way, I am not sure how it works for someone else.

Bottom line, I have paid for my tunes, if PHP can not deliver after taking my money that is a problem.

Any PHP staff who would care to contact me to resolve this issue please see the link to my shop business contacts below.

Bill has to do it.

He is the only "any PHP staff" that has the ability to upload tuning to Fusion.

Zapo - Would you PLEASE fill out ALL the information in your User Profile? Bill "targets" your tunes to your unit's Serial Number, and I don't see that you have entered that information. In addition, the other data may help him get you what you want.

You downloaded your tunes and then plugged back into Fusion, which erased them. Please note the message in huge red letters in the CS/CTS forum which states that if you plug in again, you will no longer have your custom tunes.

There is also a section of the forum where you could have posted to have your tunes reloaded: http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/gryph...ts-3-0-update/

Nonetheless, Bill has reloaded your tunes back onto Fusion. Plug in one time only or they will disappear again.

It says "EXPECTED" ship date on your invoice. Underneath it, in blue letters, it says This is an EXTIMATE based upon current workload; actual lead time may be shorter or longer than expected.

Finally Got my tunes, same procedure followed as last time, just this time EDGE did not have an update waiting for me.

Having a download problem is not a big deal, I understand that complications could arise considering that you are stuck working within a system (EDGE) that you did not design.

I found out about the EDGE update problem after the initial download failed. Consider notifying your customers to update the edge product before we place the order as part of the order process, not all your customers are going to sign onto your forum before placing an order.

The reason why my posts on this thread show my frustration is not about having a download problem. That fact that it takes 3 months from the time the problem came up until I had any contact with PHP staff is not good customer service and is frustrating. I tried every private channel I could with no response before posting here.

I know that there have been health issues etc. But from my point of view you have to understand I might be upset by you stating I downloaded twice which caused the problem (which I did not) and implying I have no right to be upset with very poor after sale support. Very simply put, PHP got very behind for a time and could not handle all the emails and Phone calls, because of that you are going to have a few upset customers. Admit there was a problem, apologize and move on, don't make it my fault, all I did is follow the instructions on the Ordering page and send you money.

Also the forum link that you gave me to get my tunes resent is titled "Gryphon CS/CTS 3.0 Update" I did not think to request a resend of my tunes in that area, it did not seem like the right place. "Upgrade Your EVO" seems to be a better fit for the problem I was having as that is what I was trying to do.
