NOTE: You can run this application in a Virtual Machine using VirtualBox. To create a Windows 98 Second Edition Virtual Machine:

Download and Install VirtualBox from: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads.
Download the Windows 98 Second Edition ISO from: Windows 98 ISO.
Run VirtualBox and create a new Virtual Machine using the supplied ISO as the installation disk.
When asked, the Product Key is .
Once Windows 98 is installed, copy the EPEC Setup ZIP file over to the Virtual Machine, UNZIP the package, and then run the Setup.exe file.
