Are you sure it wasn't either a D2 error or F1 error?
If it was an F1 error then try this:
1. Leave the ignition key in the ON position.
2. Disconnect the Gryphon at the OBDII port.
3. Plug the Gryphon back into the OBDII port.
4. After getting to the main screen, wait 15 seconds for needed parameters to be loaded.

If it was a D2 error then we can almost be sure that an important part of the cable or the programmer failed.

Does the programmer light up and show the little parameters when your driving?

Ok, this is a new one for me.

Try taking it out of the truck and updating it. If you dont already have it, download the program Pegasus from the PHP website.
Power Hungry Performance - Customer Support

Completely install pegasus before you plug the programmer in.

Once you have pegasus installed and the programmer is in, go to Gryphon Update Manager and go through the steps to resetting the programmer.

Did you go to the "PEGASUS™ and PHOENIX FLASH (FU)™ SOFTWARE " and click on the white bar below it? That is a drop down menu. Next select "Pegasus Update Client". Keep an eye out for a yellowish bar to appear towards the top of the screen saying Internet Explorer(if that is what you're using) is blocking stuff.

So you've got pegasus installed?

If so go get the programmer and plug it in. You should be able to go to Updates>Gryphon Update Manager
