Truck's been running fine on the stock tune. Of course I miss the custom tunes. :P

Longshot, the tunes downloaded fine. The tuner locked up upon loading them into the PCM and now Pegasus won't recognize the tuner as a result.

Argh.....left a note for Bill....

Still nothing yet. I'm thinking of just sending the tuner in with a copy of this email and explanation of what needs to be done.

Will, that seems like an "extreme" measure. I think Bill's been VERY busy and "distracted" lately, judging from what I'm reading here. I'm sure he can fix your Gryphon without you sending it in, but I suspect he might have to take remote control of your PC and do it "in person" - all which takes more time. I'll see if I can "nudge" him too. I see your phone number is in your User Profile, are there better times than others for him to contact you, or, could you possibly try to reach him using the "live chat" feature (which might be better)?

No, you misunderstand, Jack. It just seems to me that sending it in would be by far the simplest way since they are always so busy with their business and family. I do not fault anyone but myself for this. I'm the one who keeps modding my truck and am more than thankful for all that Bill has done for me, and for free at that. I'm probably the customer who has gotten the best deal in PHP history.

OK, but I did post a note to Bill in the moderator's forum. I DO think it's something that could be fixed "long distance". However, I'll bow out and let you handle this in any way you want.
