HEX code question...
Today I put an order through for a Gryphon programmer....I have read a few post about the HEX code....what is it and do I need to email it to them since I bought a new programmer?
The HEX code is the name of the strategy that controls how the truck works. It is not something you need to worry about until you have your programmer.
thank you sir.
Once you do get the programmer, you can simply log in to the forum and put your name, serial number, and hex code here: http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/give-...-ecm-tcm-code/
Don't worry. Only moderators and the original poster can see the information you put down. |
oh ok so even though i ordered a new programmer from you guys and order custom tunes...when i get it it won't have the custom tunes on yet because you need my code....then do i need to ship the programmer back to you? thanks. (sorry for so many questions)
Nope, you keep the programmer. The custom calibrations will be available online once they've been written.
awesome! thanks cody, oh btw I am the one you talk to yesterday when i asked you about tire size and axle ratio.
One of the six or seven...... :cheesy smile:
Good talkin' to you! |
hahaha! :thumbs up yellow:
I just ordered mine too hellfire, but I half to send my edge to them!
Yeah the edge's need to have hardware switched out to become a gryphon :), makes it possible to customize them :D
They are also changing the case from gray to black, didnt know that!
man im so pumped....so since they need my HEX code before I get my custom tunes...i can just run one of the canned tunes then huh? and what is tranny only?
