waiting on invoice.
 

I Placed my order 8 days ago and i still haven't received an invoice yet. Is this normal?

I don't think so but seeing as how they've been out of the office for the last week, i'm sure things are slightly behind:D

I'm at 12 days, but who's counting... I expected a delay with them being away for a week...

Have you guys gotten your invoices yet? I'm on 8 days too

Ordered on the 11th (offices closed) invoiced on the 22nd and shipped on the 25th. Not sure when i will receive it though.......shipped from Georgia and then the next tracking point shows Montana. I live in VA. No wonder the Postal service is broke ..............:doh:

It says my ship date was the 23rd but I never got a tracking #...

Maybe php hasn't gotten the tracking number so they can't send it yet. And I'm still waiting for mine! Everyday I check my email and cross my fingers it's in there. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas haha

I believe the invoices say "Expected ship date*"

My tracking shows close to home. Hopefully today or tommorrow:happy-dancing:

That's because I ship the chips from my location. There is nothing wrong with the postal service.

Now I understand, the first line of tracking is not the ship from it is the actual order to pick up which comes thru home office? (GA). Makes more sense now. Didn't realize it shipped from MT. Thanks for straigtening that out. can't wait to get to try out your product, my brother said he wouldn't use anyone else. He has been completely satisified.
