Need help please
 

Well first off have to say the service is top notch here at php thanks Corey and Bill for the fast service. I got my chip in and installed it but running in to problems in every setting not stock when it shift to 2nd to 3rd it bogs the torque converter locks up and all most stalls my truck at 20-28mph . And at wot it does the same thing with the bog just does not feel like my bighoss chip that i had, even with the chip at 140 setting it has alot of smoke but will not even brack the tires loss like my bank chip did at 100hp setting is there some thing wrong with the chip or programing :shrug::confused:

Something definitely not right there. So all programs that are power levels are completely undrivable? I wonder if somehow the compiler botched up the performance files. :shrug: Not sure what's going on but I'll get a look into it the first thing in the morning and give you a call.

I'm very sorry that the chip is not performing to yours (or our) expectations. Rest assured that we will get to the bottom of the issue and get it fixed. :2thumbs:

Thanks Bill, yea it seem odd that it would shift like that. Thanks i also ordered heavy mod tunes and got standard tunes Thanks guess i did not need it with my mods you saved me some money that is aways helpful:2thumbs:
