with full dual exhaust and 305,45,r22 tires.

and i always use 93 octane gas.

in other words what adjustments can i make while i wait for my custom tunes. Thanks ahead of time.

There is a lot you can do as far as adjusting shift points, shift firmness, and other things.

Well, you could probably bump up your timing a degree or two to get the max benefit of the additional octane, but I'm not too sure I would really bother with much else at this time. Shift firmness can be changed to your liking, octane won't make a difference there.

Read through the gryphon Q+A also

What WE have done will not be right for you.

But, IF you use level 3 and IF you fill with 93 octane, you should be able to add +1 degree of timing. You may want to set your 1-2, 2-3 WOT shift points at or near 5000, and the 3-4 WOT shift point around 4500. Set the Max RPM to 5400.

Some people like to increase the shift firmness, I didn't. Those that do seem to use around +10 for 1-2 and 2-3 and around +6 for 3-4.

Stresses on the 3-4 shift are the highest, so don't be aggressive on that one.

I reduced my part throttle up and downshift speeds and TC lock/unlock points to save gas. You might want to do the same or increase yours to improve on part throttle power.

And, as Lars said, read through the "Custom Options Q & A" too. You'll find it here: http://dygytalworld.ehost-services13...ead.php?t=1101

What did you set it to to, save gas?

I simply set the upshift/downshift speeds to -2, -3 and -5 and the TC Lock/Unlock speeds to -2, -3, -5 and -10.

Both of these are also dependent on throttle position, so the effect is they happen at lower speeds when the throttle input is low.
