I am having a brain fart here!
I can't remember if you ordered a new one or sent it in for an upgrade. Ok I went into your user info and seen the upgrade.

If you ordered a new one. The sn is on the back and your hex code should come up as one of the first things you see when plugging it in to your truck. Do not worry you can't do anything until you get the gryphon.

Now if you did the upgrade. Oops they needed it on the order when you sent it in. Another way to find it is a sticker on the pcm. The hex code is 7 digits followed by .hex.
Like XXXXXXX.HEX
So hopefully your truck has never been reflased and someone didn't forget to put the new hex code on the sticker.
Now you might want to pm Groovy Chick and tell her what's going on

They CAN convert your unit to a Gryphon with canned tunes and send it back to you. That's what they did with mine. Then, once you get it back, you can get the HEX code and send it to them. Bill can then write your custom tunes and you can download them through Pegasus like everyone else.

Kind of had gotton used to the "new" way of doing the coversion upgrades. I had totally spaced it off that it still could be done that "old" way.
