Now c'mon

can it possibly get any better !!!!!!
I was towing my trailer today and I thought I would check my fuel economy
I averaged 16.2 mpg
Thats better than I used to get without my Grif and without a trailer :woot:
I have a 16' tandem axle trailer and I had a generator, quad runner(400)and my log splitter plus a boat load of tools in the bed of my pick up

Great News!

Put a pencil to the numbers to figure it out on the next fill up. I and some others have found the gryphon displays 1-2 gallons ampg higher than actual.

awwww you burst my bubble :cry-blow:
well I take it as it comes......
I have a unit that does that for me so I will trust its close enough for me
irregardless of what I actually get it is what it is :2thumbs:
fwiw
when I first got my truck in 04 I did the mileage calc and IF memory serves it was somewhere around 15.5 mpg
so even if it is off by 1-2 mpg its still not to shabby

Yes - I'd be very surprised to see you getting mileage that good with something in tow. The pencil and paper calculation will probably show something different, probably lower.

But - a programmer with a good tune WILL give you better gas mileage, so enjoy what you get.
