Returning to Stock

Anyone know if I need to to have my custom tunes changed when returning to the Stock Intake? They were originaly written for a CAI, but I would like to return to the stock intake. The truck is a 2005 5.4l

When I took my CAI off and went back to stock I did have Bill re-write my tunes.
