just testing

Went out to an isolated highway and decided to test gryphon from 87performance to stock to tow. truck is a 06 mark lt with the gotts
87 performace in 0-60 8.57s
stock was 8.47
tow was 8.60
so all very close but I thought the performance tune was going to blow the others away, tire spin was not a factor.(I know the test isnt 100%) It shifts very well in 87 performance mode totally different than stock but maybe dosent pull any harder, very happy with the way truck shifts. mileage is very close to what stock was
Just wondering if anybody has experince this or is it a night ang day difference betwen the 2
ps I dont drag or bag the truck just playing around to see

Thanks

Switching tunes like that can lead to a confused PCM. Meaning when switching drive in stock for an hour or so then switch to the tune.

Maybe try the 1/4 mile. I bet you'll see a bigger difference with that test.

I was going to mention that this new colder weather should bring some better times, but then I noticed your in Canada where it is at least 10˚ cooler. In Texas, the cold fronts are just now dropping the temperatures below 40 ˚F at night.(I think its already too cold for me since it's still another two months for those THREE days of snow.:thumbsdwn:) The drop in temperature also dropped my 0-60 from 8.4 average to 8 flat. Havent had time to do a 1/4 mile though but will at the next opportunity.
