After a week testing

Of course more power, 65hp had to get used to the throttle as it was a bit touchier (sp), but I did notice that for given speeds I am not given it as much throttle. When I do get on it I do have some smoke but not blacking out the road or intersection and I like that, its more of a haze. EGTs are about the same. Tranny shifting rocks, before if I was in 3rd at 30-40 mph and got on it there was no downshift, now there is and I can get out of my own way. Anti-theft works well even with the ol' lady wanting to go somewhere and she dont know how to work it.:smiley_roll1: I havent towed anything so I can't comment on that right now. Love the high idle, whisper is a noticeable differance but havent tried it at a drive through. Smokeshow well I dont have the injectors to get as much as I want. MPGs well I am having too much fun right now:giggle: and even not having OD I would suspect I am around 15-16. A friend of mine that has a DP in his 99.5 drove mine and he liked it, said he didn't know an OBS coiuld move like that. I had no doubt about Bills tunes. I am going to upgrade in the future so I can do my own. I have done my own gassers but this will be my first oil burner.

Good to hear!
Now hopefully you have some stock invested in rubber!:smiley_roll1:

Be safe!

MPG update. I just fueled and I got 18.3. My OD decided it would work at about 3/4 tank on my front tank and I ran it down to almost 1/4 tank. So I am gonna try and go for a record on this fill up. My best ever that I have gotten has been 22.8 in town. Time to beat that.

Wow! 22.8 in town???

I could get 22 all highway... usually I'm around 16-18 mpg. I do have a tendency to get on the throttle hard fairly often though.

Another update

After a little over a month, I am averaging 19 mpg with very little highway driving. I think I could get more if I had more 45 mph speed zones so it can get into OD. What is probably the most suprising to me is the "smoke show" tune. I have very little smoke but it seems to have a bit more giddy up than my 65 performance which has some smoke but still not much. I am also hitting about 2 psi higher in boost with lower EGTs.

Good to know!
Thanx for the update!
