OBDII CABLE

Just received my gryphon today and was wondering what the other plug in is for that splits off down by the OBDII plug? I can't seem to find anything in the instructions that explains it.

It's not used for our trucks....Corey explained it to me awhile back, but i forgot:shrug: something to do with diesels or something.

THANKS

The extra plug is used for an external sensor. On the Gassers, it would be used for a Wide-Band O2 Sensor (if they ever get made) and on the Diesels it's used for the Pyrometer. :2thumbs:

Is the wideband sensor a 0-5v signal? Could you possibly use another manufactures sender?

No... It's not analog. It's a digital message and worse, the message structure is proprietary. Ah well....

Dang it. I guess they will release that when they release the CTS?
