Janet had one of those procedures. She has very little knee trouble now, but it took about a year after the procedure to recover.

Got it done this morning. The shot they put in my knee is starting to wear off and :censored1:. I am not one for taking a narcotic pain killer but thinking I might have to.

But, severe pain can interfere with healing. Tough it out as much as you feel is reasonable my friend, but don't be a martyr!

Its not as bad today as long as I don't try to bend it to much and put too much weight on it.
