Intermittent Missing

I posted this over on fordtrucks and thought I'd post here too. It was suggested that I read short term fuel trim and O2 sensor output. And they thought my Gryphon could do this, I've not found anything that shows I can.

HELP....

For months now I've been chasing an intermittent problem with my 07. At any speed, in any gear it will develop a very bad miss. It only lasts for a few minutes and has yet to throw a code (I keep hoping my Gryphon read something). I've got about 25 to 30K on my plugs (Motorcraft), maybe 10K on new COPs and about 5K on new injectors. The motor runs great between the random times it runs rough.

I've got 90K on the truck and wonder what I might be missing. It's never done this while idling.

Any ideas? It does matter if I'm running my stock tune or my custom tow or performance tunes.
