Wrong programmer sent out

I ordered a FU2 and got a Gryphon. I e-mailed a guy that works for PHP but he only does programming and lives 2k miles away. I have sent 2 e-mails and tried calling at least 20 times over the last 2 days with no answer. Could someone please help me get the correct part.

Corey or Bill are the ONLY two people that can help you with that problem. If you emailed them, then your next step is to patiently wait for them to respond.
