What constitutes "heavily modified?"

I've got a 95 F350 7.3L. I am finishing up the manual trans swap now. It's got the 6637 intake, 3" down pipe, 4 inch exhaust, stage 1 injectors, and I will be adding an intercooler. The only time this truck will leave the garage is when it's picking something up, or with a trailer on the back of it.

So, I guess my question is...with stage 1 injectors and an intercooler, does my truck cross into the domain of "heavily modified?" It'll help out greatly when I order the chip.

I think with any injector mod it is considered heavily modified.
Look here on the right side of the page and it says modified injectors.
hope that helps.

Actually in this case, if you aren't looking for higher-than-stock power output, you can order standard calibrations. The thing to remember is that unless you swap your PCM for a manual one (and get the corresponding manual calibrations), your check engine light will be on. For some it's not an issue though (removing the bulb works :) ).

150-160/0% injectors (commonly referred to as "stage 1" injectors) are the same as your stock AA injector but with a higher fuel capacity. With standard calibrations, the truck will run like a truck with stock injectors. You won't notice a difference until you have tuning to keep the injector solenoid energized longer.

Manual PCM is in, only thing left is lifting the ZF5 into it's final resting place.

From what I gather by your post, I would not take advantage of the full potential of the stage 1's and the intercooler without custom tunes?

I thought I saw somewhere you posted that the 120 and 140 setting were not available for the older body style 7.3's, am I correct?
I really only need econo, moderate, heavy, and very heavy tow...but a "race" setting would be fun. :) I'll probably forgo the "stock" setting since it's not my primary vehicleand get's driven maybe 7,000 miles a year...usually all at once.
