Checksum Error

Just got my Gryphon programmer in and have checksum error. I had a flashpaq before, but someone had to have sticky fingers and steal the programmer and not the tune on my truck. I now have altered PCM and Ford wants to charge me 130 dollars to set the PCM to stock. Can stock tunes be written? thanks
