It all seems to boil down to trust. I've talked to Bill, several times, and I've NEVER felt he was trying to "push" something on me.

And, I've noted how he seems to be right there to help people having trouble, regardless of the source of tunes. Even though Justin and Mike are considered tops, I don't see them going out of their way to help people having problems with other tuner's tunes the way Bill does.

I've heard that DP has been known to blow engines, and I've never heard anything about Swamps.

Sorry, that's all I can come up with.
