Something definitely not right there. So all programs that are power levels are completely undrivable? I wonder if somehow the compiler botched up the performance files.
Not sure what's going on but I'll get a look into it the first thing in the morning and give you a call.
I'm very sorry that the chip is not performing to yours (or our) expectations. Rest assured that we will get to the bottom of the issue and get it fixed.
