Thanks Jack! I tried that today with no luck!

I was able to get it to start using program# 0, and the pedal to the floor to idle. The diagnostics showed me the following errors:
P1000: OBD system readiness test not completed
P2106: Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) system - forced limited power
P2135: Throttle/ Pedal/ Position Sensor/ Switch A/ B voltage correlation
P0121: Throttle/ Pedal/ Position Sensor/ Switch A/ Circuit Range/ Performance
P2101: Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Moto range/ Performance
The dash displayed 'Check Gauges' and the wrench light was on!

I changed it to program#2 (with key in the on position I noticed a clicking sound in the engine) and was able to start w/o the pedal but the truck was idling rough!
RPM - 800 to 900 The dash still displayed 'Check Gauges' and the wrench light was on!
When I went to step on the pedal this time there was no response! I floored it with no change to the RPM's
Error codes this time:
P0121: Throttle/ Pedal/ Position Sensor/ Switch A/ Circuit Range/ Performance
P2101: Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Moto range/ Performance

The last try after clearing the faults the truck would crank but not start.
Error codes:
P0121: Throttle/ Pedal/ Position Sensor/ Switch A/ Circuit Range/ Performance
P2104:

Just wondering if you know what these codes mean? Or if you have any tips that I could try?
