Please take the time to enter "personal" information into your UserCP. (I'm talking about your real name, unit Serial Number, hex code and so on). Corey cannot match your post up against an order with just your ScreenName.

And, emails seem to be unreliable at best. (Blame it on the "primitive" East Coast).
