Let me know if the problem continues after the "reseating of the chip". If so then it's possible that there is a problem with the chip.

Just to let you know, we've just recently been notified by TS of a component change on the chips that is supposed to resolve an issue that is very similar to what you describe. If the problem persists then let us know and we'll be happy to replace the chip for you. The "modified" chips should be in sometime next week.
