I personally could not stand the way ANY tuning shifted until I was able to make my own (and I had quite a few). What I like is way different than most other people.
The real shocker to the customer comes when he goes from something like an NVK2/3/4, MRT2, or MNM0 and then gets a PMT1-coded chip.
It's either a love it or hate it situation.
