Could you please fill in the rest of your
User Profile so I can better diagnose the problem? I specifically need the model number, serial number, and the HEX Code. You can find this information in the [Diagnostics] -> [Tech Support] -> [Version Info] screen. Also, if you could provide the Firmware and Calibration versions (also on the same screens), that would be helpful.
