If you have any way of determining the calibration (HEX) code, we can send preloaded. In most cases though, the customer doesn't know what the code is and custom tunes will have to be downloaded later.
I can give you a call later today if that's okay. I was hammered on phones yesterday as Corey was out sick and I must have missed 100 phone calls.
