Actually, Bob, those traces look a little TOO clean. You may actually have issues with the thickness of the board.

You need to cut a little bit more of the holder out to the top (left side of the photo) and get rid of the top mounting bolt boss and then you'll be good to go. You only need one bolt holding the PCM holder in place anyway (and the bottom bolt happens to have the metal tab in it).
