Check the Model Number and Version Number on the sticker. If it's Model Number EEF2400 and Version E3.xx.xx then it's an older model that is not upgradeable and doesn't support torque converter adjustments or downshift adjustments. In those cases, Custom Tuning is the only solution to achieve the desired shift strategy.
The WOT Shifting adjustment won't do you any good except at wide open throttle. (In know, kooky huh?
) However, you should be able to raise the standard shifting to something a bit more suitable for your needs. The Evo should provide enough adjustment to give you a reasonable shift.
