My mistake... I didn't even catch that you had a 2002. The downshift and converter options are not available on those.
However, based on what you looking for, I'm pretty sure you can get most of what you need by adjusting the standard shifts up a little bit. If that doesn't give you enough adjustment, then it's custom tuning time.
