Does your truck throw any codes when this happens? How about fuel quality? Is it possible you have bad fuel, water in it, bad fuel filter? If it were me, I would add some water remover, premium fuel, new filter, and octane booster. Why? Cuz this could very well fix your problem and even if it doesn't it still will be good for your truck. A very cost effective fix or atleast a beneficial way to rule out a problem.
