At this point, Troy's truck is running just fine. I have addressed his concerns over on FB and have suggested that he give us a shout on Monday, the 28th when phones and live chat open up at 10AM.
Troy has also been advised NOT to continue playing with his programmer -- as tempting as it is!  Should his truck become disabled while the office is closed, it will stay that way until we return on the 28th.
