Default Cannot complete Phoenix install on Vista
I am having the typical windows vista install problems. I have tried all the remedies I could find on the PHP forum, PHP website, and other internet sources. The problem is now past my limited computing abilities. Please help. I am running Windows VISTA 32 bit.
