Default Glow plugs not working in '03 when chip is in PCM
I put a Phoenix chip in my friends '03 F350 with California emissions. The glow plugs will not come on when the chip is in the PCM. Remove the chip and the glow plugs will come on and the truck fires up.

Anyone had this issue?
