I finally decided to give this stuff a try, and all I can say is WOW!
My truck is running smoother and is quieter (up front) than it has been in a long time. The mileage seems to have improved too, based on the lie-o-meter, I will update when I get some real numbers the manual way (this fill up isn’t accurate since I got a little carried away playing around on the drive into work this morning). Only regrets… I wish I would have tried sooner
