We sell 120/140 calibrations for the E99-2003 trucks. Do the trucks benefit from them? No. Usually the pulse width becomes so high that injection pressure drops like a rock and all they do is smoke and cause high EGT. There is ZERO reason to order a performance calibration in excess of 100 HP on a stock-injector'd E99-2003 truck. The 120 and 140 calibrations are written (and named as such) because it helps keep track of low boost fuel changes and pulse width changes without making up absurdly long names for various 100 HP calibrations.
The ridiculous lope idle programs are written on 65 HP programs for the 95-97 trucks and 120 or 140 HP programs for the E99-03 trucks (no rhyme or reason as to which ones except the 2002-2003 trucks that are limited to 120 HP programs because of the nearly guaranteed presence of powdered metal connecting rods). However, the 95-97 trucks are a hit-and-miss deal with the lope because of the wide variances in high pressure oil system condition and the fact that single shot injectors are a lot more finicky with the programming to lope reliably/decently.
