Just wondering if it would be ok to use 92 on performance 93 canned tune? Im asking because all we have around here is 87 89 and 92.

It's almost a moot point, since we're talking only 1 octane number, but according to the Gryphon manual, Level 3 is for 91+ octane gas. This certainly means you can use 92 octane at that level and you might even be able to advance your spark by 0.5 degrees, to take advantage of the slightly superior antiknock properties of 92.
I guess there's a discrepancy between the manual and the custom order form. The order form shows Level 3 as 93 octane? Corey, you might want to get them in agreement to avoid confusion (on my part). ![]() - Jack

Its actually says 93 in the Gryphon as well.

Yea I have noticed that also, but everything that I have read says its 91+ like Jack said.

I'd really bet it SHOULD be 91+, since that's pretty much the "lower" end of the high octane region. You can always run higher octane than called for in an engine with no danger, but there is a possibility of detonation if you use a lower octane than called for.
