Question new customer ?s

Hi guys im new to this site i was originally gana buy a dp tuner f5 or f6 chip but not no more Ive been doing alota research and reading and im impressed by php im gana buy a f u chip package i guess my question is how do i order it. I can never get through on the phone when im home and not at work? How do i go about placeing and order? I do alota towing my big a$$ camper its 42ft 15K pounds and drive it to work every day run a winch alot towing 3to6K cars and some times tow granite slabs with a fork lift id say 18K and like to give it the foot once ina while empty maybe help with the tunes also thanks for reading and sorry for the long post i just wana know
99 f350 dually made march 99 5" exhaust, guages, trans. boost, egt, diy intake and more to come for sure againe sorry for this being so long im exited

yes sir cant wait to place my order and get it on its way how long does it take for an order to post and get to you if i pay right away it'll be and blank fu with a burner
