GRYPHON vs GRYPHON CS??????
I have a friend that has the GRYPHON on his 2006 f-150. He told me ever since he hooked it up, his throttle pedal has become very touchy. Is this normal occurrence?
Also, I'm trying to decide if I want the GRYPHON or the GRYPHON CS? Any suggestions why I should or shouldn't spend the extra $100??? |

The CS will give you extra "bling" - it DOES look nicer. The CS/CTS platform seems to program the truck quicker than the older model. It can be plugged into the OBD port with the ignition on or off. But, it doesn't have the datalogging capabilities of the older model and doesn't let you adjust WOT shift points - yet (maybe someday). I have the older model and the CTS and I only use the CTS. - Jack

Nothing beats a mechanical linkage or cable for tactility, but if adjustments need to be made, it's not impossible to make the pedal as dead as you can tolerate or touchy as you can control.
