how will i know when my custom tunes are ready.will i receive an email?
my boat will be going in the water soon,looking to try my custom tow tune.

I ordered mine in the mid-Feb but didn't get the hex code in right away either, if they come sometime in April I'll be happy!

Bill and Corey have a lot to do by themselves and have their hands full.

So I feel putting presure on them is not needed unless you have major mods depending on a custom tune.

I'd be calling them on the status or emailing them.
