Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled)
Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here.

Default Just ordered my chip and have a ?

well i finally came over to the PHP side! i've heard way too many good things about the PHP group and the awesome tunes not to try it out. i got rid of my TW tunes last week and just ordered my new chip. i can't wait to have it! but here's what i'm wondering: as i was looking through the tunes offered for the phoenix on the website, i decided what tunes i wanted. then i went to the order form and placed my order. i chose stock, 65hp daily driver, 100hp race, 140hp extreme, 40hp tow, and 1,200 rpm high idle. then i decided to cruise the PHP forum and see if there was anything interesting. i came across one of the sticky threads that says one of the available tunes is the fuel sipper tune for much better fuel economy. i didn't see this as an option on the order form, but it is one that i would much rather have. is this tune an available option?? thanks in advance for the help!

Nope.

Not an option.

The problem with offering a "fuel sipper" or mileage-touting program is that people would expect it to get better fuel economy which isn't always the case....with ANY programming.

yeah, i understand that it all depends on how you drive and it can be irritating when people don't get the results they want and complain about. so did this used to be offered and just isn't anymore??
