Default Got my Gryphon back...same problem :((

I just got my Gryphon back from warranty work about my screen fading and it worked fine for like a day and now i can't hardly read the numbers....I was told over the phone the whole unit was going to be replaced but when I got it back and the serial number was the same so I figured that they found a way to fix it......I sent it in before my one year warranty and now its passed...so I need to send it back again because I really need my programmer...am I going to have to pay for repiars now???

Thanks.

I wouldn't think you would have to pay for a repair that didn't work, but you'll have to get the REAL answer from Edge.

I left Bill a note, there could have been a mix up and the wrong programmer was sent back to you.

I've noticed a few others having the same problem. Here more recently i have come across the same issue. When i go through settings to change the contrast i just bump it up one and all of the sudden the screen is fine. Strange. I just wonder if sunlight has anything to do with it.

This happens every year around this time when temps start to rise. Let the units cool down rather than adjust settings.
