Why not tell them to clear anything other than the tranny flush with you BEFORE they do it? That way, you don't have to mention anything about the PCM. If you have custom tunes, they will no longer work if your PCM is reflashed. If your tunes are still the canned ones, your hex code would change and you would need to tell Bill right away that you have a different hex code so that he could build your tunes properly.
And, PHP has decided they are going to HAVE to start charging for rewriting tunes when your PCM is flashed. Bill essentially has to completely write brand new tunes for you, so you do not want the PCM reflashed.
