As for the pmr rods,, the thing is that is really up to the driver as for how long they will last.. I feel you should be more than safe with the 120 tune. If you drive it like you stole it everyday than anything will come undone. Bill's truck and my work truck both have pmr's, and lets just say they are both running alot more than the 120 file
 and either one has had any issues..
